The medicine is composed of mainly two active ingredients CLINDAMYCIN+NICOTINAMIDE, that belong to the class of drugs called lincomycin antibiotics. Combination medicine is used in the treatment of inflamed acne. It decreases the production of natural oil or sebum, responsible for causing acne. Acne is a skin problem wherein oil glands (sebaceous glands) of the skin become clogged, thereby forming pimples and sometimes cysts.
